New Zealand is a country that many people aspire to live in and experience. As a result, numerous individuals explore various visa options to make this dream a reality. We would like to share the experience of a client who initially lacked sufficient knowledge about visas and how we successfully resolved the situation.

The client arrived in New Zealand on 24th January this year with a visa allowing a stay of up to six months. However, due to a change in his family’s travel plans, he needed to extend his stay until the end of December. This required updating their return flight tickets and extending his visa beyond the original expiry date.

The client reached out to JK Immigration & Education via email, detailing his current situation and requesting our services. His email included comprehensive information about his visa status, family background, plans, and return flight details from New Zealand.

To address this issue, we needed to either extend the New Zealand tourist visa (visitor visa) or identify other viable visa options.

Over the course of a month, we maintained continuous communication with the client, swiftly obtaining the necessary additional documents and information. The visa application process took about two weeks, and ultimately, the client was granted permission to stay until his newly scheduled departure date.

This case clearly illustrates the importance of thorough information and preparation when applying for a visa. It underscores the necessity of understanding visa conditions and planning accordingly, while also highlighting the crucial role of effective communication during the preparation process.
